This particular Halloween there’s been a bit of a trend of women being hypnotized and walking around in trance wearing nothing but a pumpkin on their heads… I think the trend started on Bluesky with the “Draw your OC in nothing but this” mene, but it struck me as odd…  what was the big deal about pumpkins?

So I decided to do some research, and then… then I found out what the big deal was.
