Powers and abilities:
Immortal, skilled sorcerer and alchemist, master of the mystical arts and a world-class hand-to-hand combatant with enhanced strength and reflexes; he’s gone toe-to-toe with Kaldor . He’s also a decent (if not brilliant) inventor with a good understanding of science as well as magic. With his binding to the nation of Ecanrea he’s practically invincible as long as he stays within its borders.

Weaknesses:
He takes a serious dive in power if he leaves Ecanria; while still tremendously powerful, he’s far from invincible and has been brought down by heroes far less powerful than him.  He’s also very arrogant and addicted to complex and convoluted schemes… if he has to choose between a complex plan that has a high risk of failure but will show his power and brilliance if it succeeds, and a simple plan that’s almost guaranteed to work but won’t look impressive, he’ll pick the complex one.

In modern times his life force is tied to Princess Alysia and Lady Kayla; if either of them dies, so will Waric.
