Character list (A-Z)

A quick, easy, alphabetical “Who’s Who” list over all the characters who appear in the Project Eryss stories: Heroes, villains, demons, politicians, innocent bystanders and historical figures.

(For more detailed character profiles of the more major characters, see here.)

To make it easier, supers and other characters who are primarily known by their code names/titles will be listed by their said code names/titles, with their civilian names in paranthesis. (If there is no paranthesis, then that character doesn’t have a civilian name.) Teams and groups get their own entry. Non-supers are listed by their first names and not their surnames (unless their surnames is all we know).

Characters who are deceased, retired or “missing, presumed dead” will be marked as such. Characters who have changed their identity will get two entries, one for each identity.

Needless to say, there will be  be spoilers here, so keep that in mind.

Middle child and only male of the Westwood triplets, son of “Grandmother” Grace, brother to Charlotte and Emily, husband to Victoria, and father to Lily Mae, Nicolas and Ethan. Producer for several of Charlotte’s movies and series, and a general charmer and media personality. Generally the Westwood that’s interviewed when they want to divert attention away from some scandal or other.

King Alaric I of Ecanria – Deceased
The second king of Ecanria back in ancient times, originally a general in the Ecanrian army but appointed king by his predecessor King Kaldor. Husband to Queen Elysia, the first Oracle of Ecanria, and ancestor to Princess Alysia.

King Alric I of Westhaven – Deceased
Not to be confused with King Alaric I of Ecanria. After Westhaven declared its independence from Ecanria, Alric was crowned Westhaven’s first king. His bloodline rules Westhaven to this day.

Alexander “Alex” Westwood (nee Blackwell)
Husband to Emily Westwood and father to the twins Sheila Marie and Penelope. Originally a porn actor; he met Emily while they both starred in a porn movie.

Alraune
Flower-based supervillainess/monster girl, usually found in Blackstone. Utterly hedonistic and generally only interested in spreading her seeds and turning innocent bystanders into her plant slaves.

The Arcane Council
A collection of the wisest mages and magic-users of Ecanria. Members came and went, but for centuries they were the highest magical authority in the kingdom, they were crucial in the first two Waric Wars; among other things they were the ones who turned the soldier Arian Starbridge into the techno-magical cyborg Paragon. The Council was disbanded and most of its current members either killed or corrupted in the Third Waric War, when Waric took over Ecanria.

Ava Westwood (nee Lady Ava Sinclair)
Youngest daughter of Baron Sinclair of Westhaven, wife to Thomas Jay Westwood and mother of Noah, Sarah Anne and Lydia.

B

Benjamin Westwood (nee Delaney)
Husband to Caroline Westwood and grandfather to Sarah Anne Westwood. Heir to the Delaney fortune and generally agreed to have been a “trophy husband”.

Blaze (Thomas Garland)
The only actual superhero in Harmony Heights, at least after the disappearance of the mysterious Nightshift. He can control fire and is immune to being burned. Most of his hero work consists of assisting the fire department, and some people have mockingly called him “just a glorified firefighter”, but he’s beloved in Harmony Heights and has saved many lives.

Blemish
Evil minion and techno-magical construct, created by and in the current service of Lord Waric. He’s a “recreation” of Paragon, but without Paragon’s intellect or memories… still with a very close approximation of all his powers, though.

The Blonde (Lily Kim)
Part of the superhero trio “The Brute, the Brain and the Blonde.” Sometimes nicknamed “the Bimbo.” She generates an aura that forces her body into an idealized, flawless state, sharpening every physical function to its peak… meaning that her body almost instantly heals from any injury, disease or even poison, returning her to her idealized state of beauty.

The Brain (Maya Patel)
Part of the superhero trio “The Brute, the Brain and the Blonde.” She’s super-intelligent, has perfect memory and can use both telekinesis and telepathy. While her body isn’t the strongest, her gadgets and gizmoes more than make up for it.

The Brute (Eric Castello)
Part of the superhero trio “The Brute, the Brain and the Blonde.” He can turn into a hulking, superstrong monster. The bigger he gets, the stronger he gets… but he also gets stupider. There’s no technical limit to how big/strong he can get, but if he grows to the size of a house he’s pretty much a total idiot who’ll probably do much more harm than good, and if he grows beyond that he’s little more than a mindless beast. In that state, only the Brain’s telepathy can call him back to himself.

The Brute, the Brain and the Blonde
A trio of superheroes who mostly operate in Steelhaven.

C

The Candlelight Coven

The deceaced matriarch of the Westwood familly, and Project Eryss’s first successful attempt at creating a metahuman. Cognis (Elias Carter) – Inactive
Former superhero, brother and partner of Vortex; a telepath and master strategist who could temporarily enhance the mental capabilities of himself and others. Sadly, the two brothers were captured and permanently transformed into submissive female sex slaves by Lord Waric, and neither of them ever recovered.

Dream Jewel (Rosalyn Ysabel Westwood)
Super…heroine? Villainess? The oldest, and only metahuman, of the six “Westwood Grandchildren”.  Probably the granddaughter of Lord Waric, though this has never been definitively proved.
