Profile

The Foxlane clan is an ancient Tir’Galdur family whose members have traditionally have had a strong affinity for Bardic magic; music, entertainment and performing is said to run in their blood and many of Tir’Galdur’s biggest musicians and entertainers have been Foxlanes. This fact, combined with how the Foxlanes have lived in Tir’Galdur since before it became an independent nation, is probably why most of their members have been accepted into the prestigious Evershade University despite not being particularly wealthy or having so much as a drop of noble blood in them. Not very respected by the school staff or the nobility who make up most of the Sorcery or Wizardry students, but among the Bardic students they’re popular and well-liked.

Robyn was born in the village of Crowsbury, as the youngest of five siblings. Like her entire family (excluding oldest sister Phaedra, who was more the bookish type) she displayed a lot of musical talent at an early age and at seventeen she was accepted into Evershade University without much fuss. She was surprised when her designated roommate was a Lady Holly Blackthorne, not only a noblewoman but a Sorcery student at that. Holly, who had grown up in the city-state of Paragon Bay, hadn’t known that she was really Tir’Galdur nobility, and as such the Dean’s Circle had placed her in the Bard lodgings where she wouldn’t inconvenience the more important highborn sorcerers. Luckily, Robyn and Holly quickly found the tone and became firm friends. She also made a lot of other friends, mainly among the Bardic students, but she also developed a report with Wizardry student Harlan Gardener, who also came from Paragon Bay. She also got to know and heavily dislike Lady Davinia Duskvale, daughter of Countess Duskvale and one of the richest and most powerful students at Evershade.

Bardic students were seen as the partiers and sex-maniacs of Evershade, and (encouraged by her older siblings, the triplets Fen, Gwen and Gen), Robyn quickly learned to play up that side of herself, finding out that it was sometimes quite useful to be the one nobody took seriously. She sang and danced, joked about everything, flirted and fucked… and used her magic flute as a dildo when she was horny enough. Eventually she also began fucking her roommate Holly. It was Holly who wanted to make their relationship romantic, and it was Robyn’s idea to make it a threesome and bring in Harlan to the relationship.

Robyn, Holly and Harlan stuck together through their entire time at Evershade and had many adventures, misadventures, and naked times together. Robyn even visited Paragon Bay with the two over summer break and found the city fascinating… very different from the tradition-obsessed Tir’Galdur.

When Davinia Duskvale turned out to be the latent vessel for the spirit of Queen Vespara, and Vespara in the beginning of their fourth year took over the school and then the nation of Tir-Galdur, Robyn was among the few who escaped her control and spent months fighting a guerilla war together with the Hidden Rebellion. It was thanks to a combination of Harlan, Holly and Robyn’s efforts that Tir’Galdur was liberated and Vespara defeated… her spirit trapped inside Robyn’s magic dildo flute.

Because Holly struck the final blow, the nobles of Tir’Galdur began hailing her as the Chosen One and the true Queen of Tir’Galdur. Recognizing that they were just trying to turn her into a puppet ruler, Holly declined the throne and moved back to Paragon Bay with Harlan to start a “witch for hire” business. Robyn decided to come with them, to try and seek her fame and fortune in the fascinating city-state. She moved in with Holly and Harlan and split her time between helping out at their witching business and auditioning for all types of stage plays, movies and musical roles in Starlight Views.

Important Relationships

Holly Blackthorne and Harlan Gardener:
Roomates and lovers. Robyn met them both at Evershade University, where Holly was her roommate, and they eventually became a trio. Robyn and Holly started casually fucking pretty early in their relationship, which eventually turned romantic and then expanded to include Harlan as well. Robyn was attached enough to Holly and Harlan that when they left Tir’Galdur and returned to Paragon Bay, Robyn went with them and has lived with them as a happy threesome ever since.

The Foxlane family — Audrey, Morgan, Phaedra, Fiona, Guenivere and Garreth
Robyn’s parents Audrey and Morgan, and her older siblings — oldest sister Phaedra and the triplets Fiona, Guenivere and Garreth (“Fen, Gwen and Gen”) — still live in Tir’Galdur, and Robyn doesn’t get to see them in person very often, Though she still calls and video-chats with them all at least once a week, and has told Holly and Harlan that this may be her favourite way of keeping in touch with them; she still gets to see them and keep up with what’s going on in their lives, but she “doesn’t have to suffer through Phaedra’s bossiness or the triplets’ torture methods that they disguise as jokes”. Robyn does love her family, but being the youngest sibling she was always the “baby” who was always excluded, bossed around and never taken seriously. While the family certainly bickers a lot, they’re always there for each other when it counts, though.

Queen Vespara:
While Queen Vespara herself barely even knew Robyn’s name (she believed bards and commoners were beneath her to acknowledge, and Robyn was both bard and commoner), Robyn was actively involved in the Queen’s downfall; though Holly struck the final blow, the Queen’s spirit was actively imprisoned in Robyn’s magic flute.

The White Coven:
Like Holly, Robyn isn’t officially part of the White Coven, but is connected to it through her relationship with Harlan, and as a magic-user she has access to Coven’s Refuge… which did initially surprise her because she was used to being seen as a “lesser” magic user since she was a Bardic Arts practitioner. The fact that the members of the White Coven treated all branches of magic as equal was almost a foreign thought, but one she’s slowly getting used to. It’s also her magic flute, containing the trapped spirit of Queen Vespara, that’s hidden in one of the secret vaults at Coven’s Refuge.

Monkaya:
Monkaya is the only superheroine Robyn knows personally, again mostly through Harlan.
