Located on the subtropical Aurelia Archipelago, the city-state of Paragon Bay is a bustling, high-tech metropolis, home to more than two and a half million people, with a booming entertainment industry, stylish shopping districts, cutting-edge research facilities, a thriving food scene,… and more supers and metahumans per capita than anywhere else in the world.

Locals call it “The City of Supers.” The rest of the world calls it “Supervillain Central.”

This is a city where criminal masterminds run multinational corporations, mad scientists develop personality-wiping perfume spritzers, and mind-bending sorceresses show up at random to embarrass, hypnotize, or outright enslave the costumed heroines who stand against them. And the mysterious Project Eryss has a habit of kidnapping normal, innocent women in order to turn them into superpowered maniacs or mindless sex dolls. Or both.

Fortunately for Paragon Bay, it’s also home to some of the boldest, brightest, and most dangerously underdressed heroes the world has ever seen… several hundred women, a few dozen men, and more than a few individuals who don’t fall neatly into either box, who suit up in skintight uniforms and stand against the chaos to make the streets a little safer to walk at night.
